I am thankful for my experience. The staff showed great kindness and was helpful. the tuk-tuk service was really useful. it provided convenient transport to nearby train stations. the hotel maintained perfect cleanliness, which i appreciated.
the deposit process was not clear at check-in and the refund processing took a long time. i found this inconvenient and hope for faster processing in the future.

the air conditioning in my room made a weird NOISE. It was difficult to sleep soundly. the variety at breakfast felt LIMITED. I Expected more options considering the hotel's reputation, But I found myself eating the same thing each morning out of necessity.

the rooms had a strong scent of chemicals. they need airing. one floor smelled like cigarettes. i can't open the windows to help.
